Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and the prize offered form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each entrant.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or older.
3. One entry per transaction. Google Review must be genuine, highlighting your favourite part of the experience.
4. The allocated prize ($500 MCE Voucher) is able to be redeemed as $500 worth of Foreign Currency of choice in store at any of our branches.
5. The voucher must be redeemed within 6 months of issue date.
Duration of Promotional Period
1. The promotion commences at 9am, 1st Dec, 2024 and closes at 9am, 1st July, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). A Prize Winner will be drawn from the pool of Eligible Entrants across the Promotional Period.
Selection of “Prize Winner”
1. There will be one (1) Prize Winner selected from the Eligible Entrants across the Promotion Period.
2. The Prize Winner must be able to provide a current, valid Australian Passport or Australian Driver’s License to accept the prize.
3. The winner will be determined by random computer generated prize draw at the close of the promotional period. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner need not be present at the draw.
4. The winning entrants will be drawn at 10:00am AEST 2nd July, 2025.
5. The prize winner has 14 days from notification to claim their prize. Should an unclaimed prize draw be necessary, the draw will be held at 10:00am AEST on the following day (15 days from notification)
6. Prize winners will be contacted by Melbourne Currency Exchange via email and telephone (if available).
7. The winners will be announced on the Melbourne Currency Exchange website on the following day www.melbournecurrencyexchange.com
8. Eligible Entrants consent to the name of the winners being announced on the www.melbournecurrencyexchange.com website
9. The decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
Prize Details
1. The prize consists of one (1) $500 AUD equivalent Melbourne Currency Exchange Voucher that can be redeemed into Foreign Currency of choice available at any Melbourne Currency Exchange store (AUD is excluded).
There will be one (1) individual winner. The Prize Winner shall abide by the applicable terms and conditions for the use of the prize as notified by the prize issuer.
2. The winner must take the prize as offered. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
3. The prize and use of the prize are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the MCE.
4. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
b. purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions.
