Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent with the rate and values, along with our bank details for bank transfers. Payment can be made via Poli internet banking if your bank supports this feature which will result in a quicker collection date.
All Orders placed will be available for collection in up to 4 business days. If you need your order quicker please contact us on 03 8555 4727 and we will try and put it together earlier if possible.

Yes. We have cash available in store, however by pre-paying for your order in advance you will receive the discounted rate and save.

By pre-paying you enable us to accurately forecast which currencies to order, and use our existing stock to meet the demands of last minute travellers allowing our business to run more efficiently and offer you a saving.
We do not have any limitations on order values in store, however online orders are limited to $10,000 AUD value per order.
You are able to pre-pay online by selecting POLi Internet banking or traditional bank transfer, or by coming into the store to pay by cash or debit card. Credit card payments are also accepted but will incur additional charges.
